১. সংজ্ঞাসমূহ

ডিজিটাল পণ্য: যেমন: সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স, ই-বুক, টেমপ্লেট, ডিজিটাল সাবস্ক্রিপশন
সাবস্ক্রিপশন সেবা: পুনরাবৃত্ত মূল্যে নির্ধারিত সময়ের জন্য সফটওয়্যার অ্যাক্সেস
রিফান্ড: অর্থ ফেরত
রিটার্ন: পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া
এক্সচেঞ্জ: সমমূল্য বা কম মূল্যের বিকল্প পণ্য গ্রহণ

২. রিফান্ড, রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জের যোগ্যতা

রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে নিম্নলিখিত অবস্থায়:

প্রডাক্ট ডেলিভারি হয়নি নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে
প্রাপ্ত পণ্য বর্ণনার সঙ্গে মেলে না
পণ্য অকার্যকর বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ
বিলিং ত্রুটি বা অননুমোদিত চার্জ
অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে

৩. অযোগ্যতা

নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিফান্ড/রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়:

সফলভাবে ডেলিভারকৃত ও সক্রিয় পণ্য
ভুল ইমেইল বা ব্যবহারকারীর ভুলে সক্রিয়করণ
সাবস্ক্রিপশন ব্যবহারের পর ক্যানসেল
অপব্যবহার বা অবহেলার কারণে সমস্যা

৪. প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য

রিফান্ড/রিটার্নের জন্য আপনাকে প্রদান করতে হবে:

অর্ডার নম্বর ও পেমেন্ট ট্রানজেকশন আইডি
আপনার ইমেইল ও ফোন নম্বর
সমস্যা/অসঙ্গতির প্রমাণ (স্ক্রিনশট/ভিডিও)

৫. সময়সীমা

অর্ডারের ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে
রিফান্ড প্রসেস: ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে
MFS (bKash/Nagad) রিফান্ড: ১–৭ দিন
গেটওয়ে (SSLCommerz) রিফান্ড: ৭–১০ দিন

৬. চার্জ ও ফি

Tech 2 Service এর ভুলে রিফান্ড হলে চার্জ আমরাই বহন করব
অন্যথায় MFS বা গেটওয়ের চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে

৭. চার্জব্যাক ও জটিলতা

অননুমোদিত চার্জব্যাকের ফলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করা হবে
যেকোনো সমস্যা সমাধানে আমরা আন্তরিক আলোচনা ও সহযোগিতায় অগ্রাধিকার দিই

৮. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই নীতিমালা আপডেট করার অধিকার রাখি

Applies To: All digital products and subscription services sold by Tech 2 Service Store

1. Definitions

Digital Product: Software licenses, eBooks, templates, and subscription-based content delivered electronically.
Subscription Service: Access to digital software/resources for a fixed duration in exchange for a recurring fee.
Refund: A repayment issued for undelivered, defective, or misdescribed products/services.
Return: The process of giving back a product/service to Tech 2 Service.
Exchange: The process of replacing a product/service with another of equal or lesser value.

2. Eligibility for Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Requests will be considered valid if:

The purchased product or service was not delivered.
The delivered product does not match its description.
The product is defective or inoperable.
Delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised time.
There was a billing error or unauthorized charge.
The ordered item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges will not be granted if:

The product was successfully delivered and activated.
Incorrect email or misuse caused the issue.
A subscription was cancelled after use.
The buyer changed their mind post-purchase.
The digital product has already been downloaded or accessed.

4. Required Information

To process your request, you must provide:

Order number and transaction ID
Email and contact number
Description and evidence of the issue (e.g. screenshots, unboxing video for physical products)

5. Timelines

Refund/return/exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Processing time: Up to 5 business days
Refund via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): 1–7 business days
Refund via SSLCommerz (Card/Bank): 7–10 business days

6. Fees & Charges

If Tech 2 Service is at fault, we will bear any applicable service fees.
In all other cases, the customer must bear any associated transaction fees.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
We encourage customers to resolve issues by contacting our support team directly.
Tech 2 Service reserves the right to interpret and modify this policy if necessary for fairness and clarity.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
